I AM STORIES / LANCE
Working with production studio Hot Icarus and Aston Martin Cognizant F1 we created an emotive, narrative driven video to highlight their team driver, Lance Stroll, for their latest campaign entitled, ‘I AM STORIES’.
From Storyboarding, VFX, Sound Design and Editing we combined and curated B-Roll, stock and track footage to deliver a compelling story of Lance’s journey from childhood, to Formula 3 and onwards to becoming a AM Team Driver in the F1.
The Challenge
Despite having high quality interview footage provided, the majority of the video needed to be created utilising stock assets provided by Lance’s personal team, and Aston Martin Cognizant F1. There were also a number of limitations in place regarding the types of stock which could be used.
As a result, we needed to find a way to create a narrative rich video, which combined stock from several sources which demonstrated Lances’s progression to F1 racing, while highlighting the future potential of Aston Martin Cognizant F1.
With Hot Icarus acting as a consultant for the project delivery, we were responsible for handling the overall post-production process from Storyboard, Editing, VFX, Sound Design and Mixing. This allowed for a much faster and cost effective delivery for the final video.
